Green Golf collects information to process your golf bookings, be able to contact you so that we can service you better. Where necessary, we may share just your name, the first 6 digits of your Card number and golf booking details with Hong Leong Bank, for servicing purposes. This helps us to improve our services and the way we communicate with you.
We know that privacy is important to you and we strive to be as open and transparent as possible in how we serve you.
We conduct our business in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, 2012 (PDPA) and have implemented additional measures to protect
your personal information.
Green Golf’s Data Protection Policy aims to help you understand how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information and the choices that are
available to you.
When we provide Green Golf services to you, we may also give you specific additional details about how we will use your personal information.
This online privacy statement applies to Green Golf websites, online applications that run on smart phones, tablets, and other mobile devices (“apps”) as well as
your use or access of any of our online services or content that link to this statement.
You may not use the Platform if you (a) do not agree to these terms, (b) are not the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract

requirements. Please note that we are not responsible for permitting you to review, or for updating or deleting Personal Information that you provide to a third
party, including any app, social media platform, or wireless service provider.

Green Golf or others;

Aggregated Information or De-identified Information in several ways, for example:

How do we keep and safeguard your information?

secured files and facilities. We take reasonable steps to securely destroy or permanently de-identify Personal Information when we no longer need it. We will

Listing Policy
You agree to adhere to the following rules/guidelines while posting or uploading any information onto the App:
- The information/content uploaded by you shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
- Further you shall not infringe any intellectual property, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy of any third party.
- The information uploaded by you not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that may damage or
detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
- You shall not be allowed to libel anyone or include hate, derogatory, slanderous speech directed at individuals or groups. You should not advocate violence
against other users or individuals or groups.
- You shall not publish or upload any information that is obscene in any form, including, but not limited to audio/visual form.

Our Platform contains links to content maintained by third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and
